She's twenty-seven and an ex-con. Interesting huh? She's a bit quiet and keeps to herself and tends to be a bit of a hoarder. Can't really blame her as she's used to people stealing her stuff. ONCE UPON A TIME – She was a bubbly girl with an adventurous personality. She loved photography and was close with her younger sister. She could find beauty in just about anything and was a normal girl. That was until her mother died during childbirth (giving birth to said younger sister) and her father became an abusive alcoholic. Her younger sister, Makenzie Grey, killed their father and Cooper took the fall. Which was something she would do over and over again. Now, after having spent nearly seven years locked up she's a different person. She's tough to get to know but she believes who she used to be is still buried deep within her somewhere and someday that girl will make it out once more. She's very realistic and pessimistic and kind of a bad ass. She's argumentative, stubborn, manipulative, doesn't let people get too close, and extremely sarcastic. friends - She won't have many of these because she won't let many people close to her. But I would love for her to have at least one best friend (male or female, probably male because she spent seven years locked up with females) who knows everything about her past and knows the real Cooper. I'd like to think there will be few people who she will be herself with, pre-locked up Cooper but that's only if they'll stick with her and be patient. She's had a rough life and if you can't give her some time then you obviously aren't worth hers. She'll be loyal to you once you befriend her though and will share what she has and help you with what you need. She keeps secrets and will be there for you when you need her, day or night. enemies - These would be people that cross Cooper, in any manner. If you steal her stuff, argue with her, look down on her, tell her she can't do something, or bring up the fact she was in prison it won't end well for you. And I love enemies so I'm game for any kind of plot you can come up with for this. Keep in mind she has been in prison and has gotten in life or death fights will incarcerated. So being enemies with her could be dangerous. loves - I don't have much in mind for this section. She may flirt a bit but nothing serious will probably happen. I am going to request a James Roday for her because I absolutely adore the idea of them together (plus I'm a HUGE fan of Psych). So keep an eye out for that and I'll update it here when I figure out what I want. But yeah, give me some ideas and we can talk.

Meet Kei, a scavenger like Cooper and I'm thinking since the camp is still young and there aren't that alot of people yet, I'm pretty sure Kei will bump into her soon enough. Hell, he could even be one of those guys who'd stumble upon her. He's a bit distracted, having the attention span of a three year old, similar to that of a goldfish and not one to keep people around him. He tends to keep to himself and is a quiet soul but he's trying to change that and is putting real efforts into becoming more sociable. Its a work in progress and often leads to awkward situations. He's not asian too, as some people tend to assume at first because of the name. xD Sooo, thoughts on how to build something in between them? Aaaand. If you want to plot with my other characters, lemme know. ^^

i was looking through some of the threads you started yesterday and actually thought about these two. they're both scavengers, like you said, so they would definitely run into each other sooner rather than later. i could see them being a little awkward around each other and cooper wouldn't mind much. she's spent seven-ish years locked up so her people skills aren't all that great. she's a fighter and doesn't have much of a filter, she's protective of her things (and can be a little bit of a hoarder), she's pretty smart though too and there is an artist buried somewhere deep inside her (from the pre-lock up days). maybe they could work on bringing out the more relatable sides of each other, like he could bring out her artistic side and she could bring out a more personable side of him? i'm not real sure. what do you think?

Though they kinda hafta figure out how to get over that wall of awkward, y'know. It's like, outside Road's End, Kei would be all sociable and reliable since his life depended on it if he was partnered with someone, but when he's inside, he kinda retreats into his own little shell. Hahaha. One second you'd think you both has had some connection on the outside but you thought wrong, cause Kei rolls just like that. xD

Yeah, which could be interesting. I'm not quite sure yet how Cooper is going to be with the people of Road's End. It's been a while since she's dealt with "normal" people so she'll probably be pretty socially awkward. I'm def going to be replying to his thread though so we can figure this out but I foresee them being friends, possibly best.
